2. Procurement & Vetting Rules

All sourcing orders or compliance inquiries placed are subject to operational visual verification and site vetting checks. We maintain strictly redundant compliance streams back-ended to SA harbours.

3. Limitations of Liability

JDNexus facilitates direct oversight and redundant risk-management pipelines. Static dashboard contents provide approximate static triggers and lead conditions.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
